Hotel was very good! Parking lots are rather a matter of luck with the location on site. Nevertheless very good

The proximity to Atocha station and the Prado was practical for us
In a hotel of this category I do not expect canned fruit for breakfast. The staff, especially in the adjacent restaurant, made a listless and not very service-oriented impression

A room with more space and "class" than I expected for the price. Very comfortable bed.
There was a fee charged to use wifi in the room, or the computer in the lobby.

Many cupboards and storage possibilities. Armchair for comfortable sitting
A little too loud with the window open. Toothbrush glasses were standing in the sink filled with water and were not cleaned. Drinking glasses were missing

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Atocha station and close to Retiro Park. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast area was a bit noisy during peak times.

The hotel is close to the metro, which makes it convenient for sightseeing in Madrid, and to Retiro Park, enabling me to go birdwatching every morning.
The hotel is next to a very busy road, and although we had a room away from the road, we did not get a view.

I had a great stay with clean rooms and a delicious breakfast spread. The comfortable bed made it easy to rest after exploring, though I found the walls a bit thin.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
There was no wifi for the first 24 hours--only a problem because this was a working trip, and I needed internet connection. I was repeatedly told "the technician is on his way." For 24 hours? I asked for a non-smoking room, and was told upon check-in that this request was granted. Although my room had a no smoking sign posted, the odor of tobacco was evident. There was an ashtray in my room and numerous burns on the furniture. The hotel breakfast was ridiculously expensive---15€.

We liked the location - very close to train station, metro stop, Prado, Reine Sofia Museum, Botanical garden and Retiro park. The room was lovely, roomy, quiet, and very clean. The food in the restaurant was the best we had in Madrid and the staff got to know us and give us special snacks since there were few people eating there. They gave me bags of ice every night for my bad knee (whereas another hotel we stayed at in Granada would only give ice in a drink).
